REFORGE · personal data
Privacy policy
In short: the site collects only what you type into the request form, keeps it on its own server and passes it to no one. There are no trackers or advertising scripts on the site.
Who the operator is
The data operator is an individual entrepreneur registered in Russia, Ekaterina Strugovshchikova. Contact address: contact@strugadesign.com.
What is collected and why
- Request form fields: site address, platform, agent, what to revise, languages and markets, name, email, messenger (optional), notes. If your agent submits the request — the document with the answers to the connection questions and a contact for the reply.
- One purpose — to answer the request and agree on the connection. The data is not used for mailings.
- Legal basis — your consent, given by the checkbox in the form (an agent confirms the site owner's consent when submitting the document).
Where it is kept and who sees it
- The request is written as a file on the service's server in Russia and arrives as a notification in the REFORGE mailbox. Only REFORGE sees it.
- The data is not passed to third parties and does not leave the storage described above. There are no form-collection, analytics or advertising services on the site. Pages do not call third-party domains: the font is served from this site.
- The notification about a request arrives in the REFORGE mailbox at Yandex 360 — that provider handles the message as any mail service does.
- Server logs hold technical records of requests (address, time, path) and are kept for no longer than 14 days.
How long
Until the request is closed, but no longer than twelve months from submission; then it is deleted. If a connection follows, the data moves into the contract and is kept under its terms.
Your rights
You may ask what data about you is kept, ask to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent. Write to contact@strugadesign.com from the address given in the request; the reply comes within ten working days.
